Often the customer service on Ebay exceeds that of other stores since it is a one person opperation and the owner wants to keep customers satisfied.
You can use the money you save by buying on Ebay (when supplies are not limited like is happening in Xmas 2007) to buy an extra wii game, wii accessory, or wii controller as well.
