What is Nintendo Wii
If your child has asked for a Nintendo Wii (prounounced Nintendo wee or Nintendo we) and you have really not much idea what they are talking about then read on. Nintendo wii is a game that uses motion sensor technology in the hand held devices that control movement on the game. The games for wii are often the same as the ones made for the old style joystick/controller, but some are specifically designed with the ability of the motion sensor in mind. The motion sensor is either a device similar to a remote control or a handheld numchuck.
Easy to use
The new Nintendo wii promises to be easier to use then older gaming systems. It is designed to be more intuitive. This may be a good game to buy for a child who is not yet a pro gamer and would be intimidated by the more complex controls of previous games. The pro gamer, though, may be eager to try this new technology.

Rumor has it that Nintendo will step up and make more wii fit games for the holiday season. I have a feeling they will be on a lot of wish lists. I know a wii system with zapper and ww2 game is on my familys wish list this year.
